Today, I lead operations for PredioAI (ContractIO) in India, where my work spans product execution, engineering alignment, hiring, delivery structure, and day-to-day organizational leadership. As the business grows, I’ve focused on building out the functions, systems, and people needed to support scale — moving into a dedicated office location, setting up operational practices, and expanding capability across Lead Generation, Quality Engineering, UI/UX, Subject Matter Expertise, and Marketing. I continue to grow capacity with new roles in cloud engineering, accounting, Python development, product quality, and marketing analytics.If I trace the path that led here, it began long before Predio.Co-founding ZulaMinds taught me what it means to build end-to-end: turning an idea into a product, understanding customers firsthand, adapting to market shifts, and balancing execution with commercial realities. I learned product design, vendor management, sales conversations, pivots under pressure — and that ownership doesn’t end at launch.Prior to that, roles at NTT Data, Payoda, and PSG Software Technologies gave me grounding in software delivery, engineering practices, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
