ABOUT DHISHAN RAJSHEKHAR

Dhishan is a Program Mentor at the Office of Tejasvi Surya, a prominent Indian politician and Member of Parliament. In this role, he orchestrates comprehensive legislative research to influence policy development, integrating data-driven analyses and strategic insights, and serves as the key liaison to foster cooperative policy development between government agencies and external bodies. He also spearheads the overseeing of the implementation of policies and daily operations, which include leading volunteers in initiatives like the COVID-19 Helpline, Relief and Aid Assistance, and Vaccination drives. He utilizes advanced analytics to analyze and report on legislative trends, enhancing policy forecasting and decision-making processes, and streamlines the Youth Can Lead Fellowship selection by interviewing candidates, significantly improving the efficiency and quality of the program. Dhishan is also a student of the prestigious Imperial College Business School situated in London (QS #2), pursuing an MS in Management, having been awarded two scholarships - Imperial Excellence and the Dean\'s Impact Scholarship.
