Preparation of Design Basis, Development of Design Pressure/Design Temperature (DPDT) Diagram. Preparation and checking of Control Valves/Flow Element Summary, Line List, Tie-in List, Equipment List, Flare Load Summary, Utility Summary, Catalyst and Chemicals Summary, Effluent Summary, Alarm and Trip List, Operating Manual. Closeout of Client comments on the Process documents. Attending HAZOP and preparation of HAZOP Closeout Report. Attending Piping Model Review internally and with the Client. Timely delivery of good quality Process Engineering deliverables. Vendor Document Review. Interdisciplinary and Client communication. Updating Process documents to capture latest Project information. Knowledge sharing through Presentations and Articles in the internal magazine. Ensuring that plant design can achieve the desired production safely and economically to meet product quality with minimum impact on the environment. Resolving Process related technical queries of other disciplines. Consideration of installation and maintenance requirements in the plant design.
