   Achievements:• Project Management within a large transformation program for a large EU bank – Migration to a Securities Processing (Forex, Money Markets and Medium Term Notes) solution, New Solution build for migration to the new ISO 20022 message (Camt.053, Camt.054, PAIN) standard for all the financial institution’s slip processing systems with the goal to harmonize payment transactions in accordance with ISO 20022 and SEPA•Took managerial and technical control of Projects and hence overall Ownership with successful setup and expansion of the services offered•Successfully led a Platform Certification Project from inception to delivery for TCS BαNCS Solution (and underlying Application Architecture) onto IBM System/Z and Solution delivery for a leading Brokerage house in the US •Gained deep understanding of Enterprise System Integration techniques - SOA, ESB/EAI, API’s and real-time•Elaboration and refinements to the TCS BαNCS Implementation methodology and approval from stakeholders•Co-created an Integrated Product Assurance (Independent test factory) framework to focus on Product Assurance.
