I carry experience as a US Recruiter in both US Healthcare recruiting as well as US Technical recruiting. I have worked in sourcing GC, GCEAD, USC, H1B, and H4EAD candidates also have experience working for a State client in the US Technical Recruiting & Medix division of IMS ORS US for Healthcare Recruiting. I can source profiles from other sources apart from Job Boards such as LinkedIn. I have experience in making good connections with experienced professionals on LinkedIn to have a good candidate pipeline. I have good performance in recruiting for State clients due to a good number of placements. Also having experience in Job Board\'s utilization when it comes to adding filters & sourcing keywords.I\'ve been employed in US F&A (Finance & Accounts) outsourcing firm for a short stint & I\'ve prepared 1040 individual returns for US CPA\'s who were based out of Missouri, California, Illinois, etc. & I\'ve utilized Intuit ProConnect online software for preparing 1040 individual returns also I used to prepare open notes in MS word format, Schedule C&E in MS Excel worksheets & I prepared roughly around 40+ 1040 individual practice returns of US CPAs with extreme diligence and accuracy with least errors.
