About Dhiraj Shelke
Hi, I\'m Dhiraj Shelke, a Computer Science master’s student at UIC and currently an Android Software Engineer Intern at Fetch. I’m open to full-time opportunities and passionate about building impactful, user-focused software. At Fetch, I work closely with production workflows, leveraging MVVM architecture to enhance app performance and maintainability. Over the years, I’ve worked on diverse projects in web and mobile development, as well as machine learning, using languages like Python, JavaScript, Kotlin, Java, C++, and Ruby. I’m also experienced with frameworks and tools such as React, Node.js, Django, Android Studio, Docker, AWS, GitHub, and Figma, and I’ve worked with databases including MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant for Mobile App Development and Advanced Software Engineering, I supported students in understanding key concepts and guided them through hands-on projects, strengthening both my technical and mentorship skills. Beyond academics, I’ve been actively involved in clubs and tech communities, which helped me develop strong communication and leadership abilities. I\'m always eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to solving real-world problems through technology.
