Currently, I am working as an Engineer - Quality Management System with Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram. I have a proven track record of establishing, implementing, and maintaining ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards, as well as improving plant processes through best practices and process improvement initiatives. My expertise includes problem-solving, decision-making, negotiation, and communication with external agencies. I am also skilled in conducting internal audits and improving processes, as well as documentation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 standards. I am a certified internal auditor for ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001, and IATF 16949. I ensure that all processes are in accordance with control plans and work instructions, and conduct process audits as per schedule.Quality System Management: I maintain compliance with ISO/IATF standards, set daily/monthly objectives and conduct management review meetings, and ensure quality standards are followed during production activities. I focus on quality process improvements, poke yoke, and kaizen, and provide employee selection, training, and motivation. I continuously work on process improvement and better team utilization.Product Development: I plan, design, and develop new products using APQP methodologies, monitor new development stages, add value-added engineering in running products after functional validation, and develop new vendors for various child parts.People Training: I impart coaching to employees on various initiatives and quality tools to enhance their progress, monitor work performance/training plans, and act as a mentor for inducting new recruits as per the company\'s needs.
