I partner closely with Global Quality, CMC, Manufacturing, and Regulatory leaders to strengthen inspection readiness, manage risk across the product lifecycle, and enable sound, patient-centric decisions in highly regulated and fast-evolving environments.Over the course of my career, I have led multi-site, multi-functional, and multi-cultural teams across Quality, Analytical, Stability, External Manufacturing, and Regulatory interfaces. I am passionate about evolving quality from a control function into an enterprise capability- one that enables innovation, resilience, and long-term value while maintaining the trust of patients and regulators.At my core, I am a problem-solver, mentor, and people leader.
