I’m a Genesys Cloud (PureCloud) IVR Developer with nearly 4 years of experience working on enterprise contact center solutions, primarily for US healthcare clients. I specialize in designing and developing IVR call flows using Architect, configuring routing strategies, and supporting end-to-end voice solutions in production environments.In my current role, I work closely with cross-functional teams on integrations with third-party systems using Data Actions, REST APIs, data tables, and variables. I’ve implemented dynamic text-to-speech, personalized call flows, analytics dashboards, and supported unit testing, SIT, UAT, and post-production troubleshooting, always focusing on improving customer experience and operational efficiency.I enjoy solving problems, automating manual processes, and continuously learning new technologies in the contact center and AI space.
