Hybrid PM/Business Analyst at a Global Investment Bank Key responsibilities include:Leading a team of 10 data discovery analysts in the implementation of Data Usage governance, across the portfolio of ESG data assets.Project managing the implementation of Data Quality Rules across the portfolio of data models, including requirements elicitation and translation into executable DQ logic.Managing and scoping data privacy governance across the ESG portfolio, involving over 50 jurisdictions, allowing for successful data transfer in preparation for regulatory stress tests. Acting as the central point of contact for all data transfer governance queries, ensuring stakeholders are familiar with the process and implementing best practices when submitting their cases.Contributing to the central ESG Data Transfer toolkit on Confluence, including creating a central repository of all pre-completed templates, allowing teams to leverage the information for similar purposes.Liaising with multiple stakeholders of varying seniority across ESG to ensure that all inputs to the weekly status updates are provided within Clarity on a timely basis.Implementing and managing RAID logs using MS Excel and Monday.com, and driving fortnightly RAID meetings to discuss progress.Resourcing (Community Contribution):Project managing the account’s onboarding process, including successful onboarding of over 100 new joiners globally onto the account to date.Leading regular training sessions for ServiceNow onboarding process, along with updating accompanying Standard Operating Procedure document, ensuring that continuity in service is maintained at all times.Overseeing associates on the resourcing and onboarding team. Being a key contact for senior management within Capco and the Bank for onboarding progress updates.Nominated for the Community Contribution Award in CAPCO’s Data Practice for contribution to Resourcing team as a key point of contact.
