After 20 years of building games, I’ve learned what truly cuts both cost and build time by building modular, reusable systems and core tech once, so we don’t rebuild from scratch for every game. The faster we build, the faster we can test and iterate, and the faster we can get to profitability. This is exactly what I’m focusing on in my new startup.
