ABOUT DIEGO FAVELA

My name is Diego, and I’m looking for a company in need of my skills. I have been in marketing / promotions for 15 years primarily in the Dallas/ Fort Worth, Texas market. I have 5 years retail management experience, as well as several years of field market management experience. I have toured locally, statewide and nationally for various brands such as Samsung, Oncor, Nintendo, Sony, Geico, Red Bull and Tmobile to name a few. I have 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition and managing HR responsibilities. In my most recent full-time position, I was able to recruit over new staffers over a 2 yr period. I sourced, interviewed, hired and trained qualified new candidates. I would primarily do this over the phone but would also do this in person and via webcam. After 6 months with that company I was able to move up quickly to take on more HR duties and take over as head of Onboarding. I\'m very flexible and willing to roll with the punches. My experience with previous employers has seen me wear many hats and take on duties and roles in which I have been able to excel. I was able to create a enough of a social media buzz for my recruiting that the upper management took note and had me manage their company social media presence. This eventually helped elevate my position to Account Manager for a major client. Thank you for reading over my profile.
