   Involving in routine maintenance of isolation valves, heat exchanger’s retubing, pumps, safety valves, machine tools etc.• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of all types of valves like safety valves, isolation valves, NRVs and Schroeder minimum flow valve, high pressure let down valve (LDV) etc.• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of Pumps like centrifugal slurry handling pump, water recirculation pump, multistage pump, submersible pump etc.• 105 Numbers of Vessels were refurbished & maintenance during turnaround in Gas Cracker at Reliance Vadodara Petrochemical Unit like Demister pad replacement, Nozzle replacement, Deaerator’s spray nozzles with plates reinstalled, valve replacement, internal cleaning etc.• Involving in routine job maintenance of (CHP) Coal handling plant and (AHP) Ash handling plant like Belt conveyor, truck tippler, vibrating screen, crusher, chutes, conveyor idlers, pulleys, hopers, tripper car, silo, valves, fans, ESP, Pumps etc. at 80X2 MW, HZL Coal based thermal power plant.• Involving in major overhauling & maintenance of ID Fan, FD Fan, PA Fan, conveying system & ESP during annual shutdown at 80X2 MW, HZL Coal based thermal power plant.• Successfully carried out the major overhauling of 220 TPH hammer at 80X2 MW, HZL Coal based thermal power plant.• Involving in major overhauling and maintenance of workshop machine tools like Lathe, Drilling, Boring, Milling, Shaper, Slotter, cylindrical grinder and surface grinder machine, lapping machine, tool grinder etc.• Hand on expertise in mechanical measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, bore gauge, height gauge, etc. • Direct supervision in manufacturing, machining and reconditioning of rotary machine’s spares like shaft, sleeve, wear rings etc.• Involving in fabrication, erection and commissioning of rotary and static equipment with in time frame and budget.
