Role Description: Managing infrastructure installation for Cloud Setup, Owner of overall NOC & Datacentre facility. Coordinating various team like Technical, operation, project, procurement and logistic. Managing various teams of Datacentre and Vendors to manage services. I manage and organize the teams to work within the NOC and other Datacentre service, and assure it is fulfilling the targets for the undertaking which is led to meets customer\'s expectations. I distribute the work tasks to Team Leaders and confirm they achieved it. Act as a reporting authority for all internal teams. Managing the meetings with the customer and outlines our achieved and consider their needed support which is led to customer satisfaction within Network Performance. I monitoring and controlling all supporting team performance and create targets to meet. I managing and guarantee the health of the NOC tools and Datacentre infrastructure management tools, which is led team working effectively I ensure NOC (Policy, Processes & Procedure) updated continuously to improve Datacentre objectives I supervise all the network operation & Datacentre service delivery and confirm the procedure. I plan and execute preventive maintenance to the network and other Datacentre facility support system. Approve authority for any changes and maintenance activity in Datacentre. Analyze impact assessment for any maintenance and change window with stakeholder. I assure that the operated Network and other Service meets the agreed assurance KPI\'s and SLA. I assure that the suitable reporting mechanism is in place. I standby 24 x 7 and react to Critical Network and Datacentre service interruption or Faults.
