As a mechanical design engineer, I have to direct and contribute to the concept, development, and design of servo control drive, enclosure, and structure parts that are part of electrical control drive systems within the Electrical Center of Excellence team following DFM/DFA.• Contribute to the planning and delivery of projects.• Knowledge on electrical components like circuit breakers, capacitors, IGBT’s,inverter.• Effective use of PDM Windchill for the to track revisions, manage change orders, generate Bills of Materials (BOMs), Check in & check out for the parts, drawings and more.• Analysis of the tolerance stack-up on the vehicle inverter.• Manage end-to-end complex Data Migration and CAD conversion.• Work closely with the team to ensure error-free accuracy.• Train team members for Design Strategies and concepts related CREO and windchill software.• Assist the Team Manager in analyzing projects and to be responsible for all additional tasks.
