14 years’ experience in the field of Inspection, involving Piping, structural, pipeline, valves, equipment and welding inspection- Prepare & review of Project Quality plan, Inspection Test Plan and Quality procedures as per client requirement to cover all project activities- Visit vendor places for quality surveillance and visit new vendor places under vendor development program for various projects- Collect quality deliverables from Engineering quality, Fabrication quality and submit Project Quality Index (PQI) to the management- Providing various quality deliverables (Audit schedule, PQI, NCR log, Inspection look ahead log, etc.) to Project Management Team on a weekly & monthly basis- Preparation of SOPs for the quality department to work with other departments- Analysing and evaluating change in the requirements of latest revision of client specifications and comparison with previous project requirements and raising TQs.
