I currently serve as Director at Malu Agrotech, our family’s 25-year-old business specializing in the processing and export of premium-quality raisins. In this leadership role, I am focused on blending traditional business values with modern strategies—implementing structured processes, embracing innovation, and driving sustainable, decentralized growth while expanding our global market presence. I have completed my MBA in Finance from Vishwakarma University, Pune, and broadened my global perspective as an Erasmus+ exchange student at Hof University, Germany. My academic foundation also includes a B.Com. from Savitribai Phule Pune University, along with clearing CA-CPT & CA Intermediate Group 1. A proud recipient of the CBSE Merit Certificate for ranking among the top 0.1% in Accountancy, I have always been passionate about numbers, strategy, and business growth. My professional journey includes experience as an Audit and Tax Assistant at VT & Associates, where I developed skills in accounting, taxation, audits, and financial reporting. I have also worked with Hreiva Group, a startup, where I tackled financial planning challenges in a fast-paced environment. Beyond corporate experience, I have contributed to academic research, anchored major university events, and developed an educational board game as part of a STEM-focused internship with IIT Bombay and VUII. My vision is to scale Malu Agrotech into a future-ready agribusiness—strengthening our global presence while maintaining our commitment to quality and sustainability.
