Dhaval is an organization builder, investor and entrepreneur in the development sector across Asia. He founded First Home Realty Solutions, a pioneer in the affordable housing space that sold over a homes priced between USD to through market based solutions. Dhaval has been an institution builder and set up two departments at India\'s leading academic institutions. The urbanization vertical at the Indian School of Business and the department for Sustainable Affordable Housing at Anant National University. Dhaval has partnered with prestigious organizations such the RAND Corporation, Rockefeller Foundation and Habitat International for his research to promote market based models in the development sector. He is a senior advisor and sits on the Board of Reall and the Advisory Board of the Terwilliger Centre for Innovation in Shelter.Dhaval holds an MBA from IESE Business School, a Masters in Design from the Domus Academy and Graduate Diploma in Design from the Queensland University of Technology.
