   Dhaval Jadav is Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer of alliantgroup and a member of the company’s Strategic Advisory Board. Dhaval founded alliantgroup with Shane T. Frank in 2002 after a career in both public and private service. Based in Houston, Texas, alliantgroup is a national professional services firm that works with U.S. businesses and their CPA firms to claim valuable federal and state government-sponsored tax credits and incentives. During Jadav’s time as CEO, the firm has attracted several prominent leaders in business and politics, including former Congressman Rick Lazio as Senior Vice President and former IRS Commissioner Mark Everson, who now serves as Vice Chairman and is a member of our Strategic Advisory Board. Also during this time, alliantgroup created proprietary software known as epFace designed to assist in energy efficiency tax deduction studies as part of its larger role in the energy efficiency industry. Dhaval Jadav graduated from Georgetown University Law Center with an LL.M. degree in taxation. He is a licensed attorney in the state of Texas, where he lives with his family. He has also been published in multiple business magazines & journals, including Harvard Business Review, through which he continues to share his passion for growing American startups & businesses.
