Role Briefings - I attend role briefings with on-site Recruitment Partners and end clients to thoroughly understand job requirements, including necessary skills, experience, and cultural fit.Proactive Candidate Sourcing: I utilize various methods like job boards, targeted advertising, CRM talent pools, and headhunting to identify potential candidates. I maintain a proactive approach to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.Offer Management: I extend offers to be selected candidates and negotiate terms when necessary.
