Reporting to the Vice President Operations Western Canada, serve as a business advisor to store operators / franchisees, provide leadership and direction to store management in all areas of store operations while creating an environment that supports operational excellence, superior shopping experience for customers and deliver key financial results while identifying and developing the next generation of Leaders.*Accountable for achieving sales, market share and P&L targets by executing merchandising programs, established processes and standards, manage labor productivity and ensure customer satisfaction standards are exceeded.*Develop and maintain effective relationships with franchisees and store management to promote store performance.*In assigned operating area implement control standards - Health & Safety, Inventory Product Recalls, Food Safety.*For new store openings: Develop store operational plan and management team, review third party service contracts, execute fresh and GM filling plan, and ensure on-time setup within allocated budget.*Implement initiatives designed to increase employee engagement, improve labor productivity, recruitment and retention.*Provide input and execute decisions on store openings, closures, expansion, rationalization, mix of formats etc.
