As a Solution Manager working closely with customers to asses and offer the right treasury solutions. I and our team responsible for building a trusted relationship with the customer and staying engaged through the banking life cycle. I collaborate with the various relationship teams to offer the customer a comprehensive and 360-degree banking solution.As a team, I nurture and develop customer relationships across small medium enterprises and large mid corporates, institutional customers such as Banks, Private Equity, Venture Capital firms, ForeignPortfolio investors (FPIs) and Capital markets participants-Providing the hedging solutions on their Fx and interest rate risks through various banking products-Handle inward and outward remittances for clients by liaising with treasury dealing team-Facilitate deal execution for clients, including Fx spot, forward, options & structured derivatives-Enhance trade wallet and increase our bank treasury share in the pie-Educating clients and always maintaining the trust and performance matrix to win-win for both parties-Maintaining the client relationship and Business Development for Fx and Derivatives sales
