Support New Business opportunities through Due Diligence (electronic due diligence as well as on-site visits) and Pre-Contract Audits, issuance of reports, and evaluation of corrective and preventive actions• Provides support and administrative functions for the electronic Supplier Tracking and Repository System, and assists in data maintenance. • Leads initiatives / drive results in various projects, as assigned, to maintain the effectiveness and efficiency of the supplier management, audit program, and to ensure the audit program continues to meet using site, management and regulatory expectations. • Assures that the Quality Operations department of the External Partner (EP) operates within established policies and procedures of the Division and Corporation and complies with all applicable governmental regulations ( Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), etc.), both domestic and foreign.• Assures the development and maintenance of a Quality Agreement with the EP’s.• Provides input into the development of contractual agreements with the EP’s.• Executes a program of calibrated Quality oversight based on the product type, capabilities, and quality and compliance performance of the EP• Principal responsibility in oversight of an EP & involve releasing API intermediates, API to other sites and/or to the market with the assurance that the goods were produced in conformance to all applicable policies and procedures of Company and compliance with all governing regulations.
