Work on print delivery applications such as Solimar to prepare member/ provider communication letters including claims and EOBs according to print and mail standards• Co-ordinate with communication services, print and outgoing mail teams to address any issue to meet communication SLAs• Participate in sprint planning and define user stories for the sprint as per business priorities• Drive project meetings with stakeholders to decide the project scope and timeline• Perform business requirements analysis and gap analysis to determine efforts and time to achieve desired state from current state• Provide support for various enterprise content management applications such as IBM FileNet P8, IBM ICN and IBM Case Manager as well as Elixir, Xmpie, FACETS, Quadient Inspire, Solimar and uniFlow• Work with different business divisions to understand their content management requirements and build a system to store the enterprise content adhering to corporate policies and HIPAA compliance• Provide response to system failures for assigned applications and perform root cause analysis to reduce system downtime and eliminate recurrence of problems• Work with respective vendors to enhance current system architecture as well as resolve existing systems problems• Document problem resolutions and system enhancements and communicate the same within the team• Ensure software that is supported by the department continues under vendor support by applyingupgrades and renewing the licensing• Coordinate the system upgrades among different business units and perform validations that systems is running as required by the business users after the upgrade• Enhance the design of current systems to improve system capabilities to meet the changing needs of the business• Participate in Disaster Recovery exercise and make sure business critical applications are recovered as per corporate RPO• Coordinate with vendor and business users to develop proof of concept for a prospective system
