Worked in different fields of Bombay High as Heera, Panna, Tapti, North field & South field.•HPHT wells, Horizontal wells, H2S encountered wells, ERD wells, development wells, Exploratory wells & Work over wells.•Worked with different mud system as Spud mud PHB, Polymer mud, KCL-PHPA Polymer mud, KCL-PHPA-Polyamine polymer mud, KCL-PHPA-Glycol polymer mud, HGS mud, NDDF mud, SOBM & Completion Brine.• Handled Mud Weight range from 8ppg to 12.9ppg.•Problems encountered includes reactive & sticky clay, Caving, Water influx, kick & Flowing, High Torque, Differential, Plugged- Side track.•Monitoring and Maintaining drilling fluid properties as per drilling fluid program. Also suggest changes, if necessary depending upon existing hole condition.•On site stock management and reporting.•Record and report daily drilling fluid properties.•End of well recap report.
