The client aimed to expand its warehouse operations to better serve community organizations and local farmers- Conducted end-to-end analysis using Python, R, and SQL, evaluating farm density, agricultural output, and buyer-supplier networks to determine optimal warehouse placement- Built a custom scoring model integrating user-defined weights to rank counties based on cost-efficiency, equity, and community impact, leveraging statistical modeling and ML- Applied geospatial clustering to segment demand zones and designed a linear optimization model to reduce transportation costs and maximize service coverage for schools/hospitals/food banks- Developed an interactive Tableau dashboard with geospatial overlays, dynamic filters, adjustable weight parameters (like cost vs. farmer impact) and customizable visualizations of key supply chain metrics to help executive decision-making- Delivered actionable recommendations to improve distribution scalability, enabling the client to serve more food-insecure areas with greater efficiency.2) NCAA NIL Policy Impact AnalysisPartnered with a university client to evaluate the real-world impact of the NCAA’s Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) policy on collegiate basketball performance, team structure, and player development- Conducted analysis across NCAA records using SQL, Python, and R, using EDA and difference-in-differences (DiD) modeling to estimate causal effects of NIL on performance at player, team and transfer level- Created position-weighted impact scores (PWIS) and used clustering to identify player archetype shifts, post-NIL- Delivered strategic recommendations to help university athletic department to enhance recruitment, athlete support, and NIL governance frameworks.
