With over two decades of international experience at Barclays and service with the Indian Army, I bring together deep corporate expertise and the ethos of military service to drive transformational change.I currently lead Wholesale Credit Risk for Barclays India, driving robust risk management and governance. I previously led the build-out of Barclays’ Corporate & Investment Banking Risk Center of Excellence, scaling it from a pilot to a benchmark 400+ member team with full end-to-end accountability for commercial decisions and Risk management.Passionate about continuous improvement, I drive tech-enabled transformation by embedding AI and automation.
