Dharmendra Velivela is the Vice President, Global Delivery at ValueLabs. He is responsible for driving our QA / Testing Practice and our Process Management Group which helps us in implementing high quality business systems in various projects to meet our clients’ expectations.In his 14 year tenure at the organization, he has played a significant role in building the QA / Testing team. Under his leadership, the QA / Testing team has expanded from a 2 people team to a team of 900+ people. He has institutionalized some of the industry best practices for testing. Under his guidance, our testing teams have enhanced their skill sets and acquired the know-how of new testing methodologies.Some of his key achievements include establishment of focus groups for test automation and mobile testing. As our head of testing, Dharmendra has put in place new processes through which upcoming trends / technologies in testing are adopted by teams across our company. He has successfully helped many clients in transitioning work to remote execution model. Dharmendra holds a Masters in Computer Applications from Andhra University. His interests are traveling, reading books related to philosophy, spirituality & psychology and watching movies.
