Lead and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.• Developing and executing a strategic quality assurance plan.• Train and mentor junior engineers and quality inspectors to strengthen the quality culture within the organization.• Responsible for ISIR (Initial Sample Inspection Report) approvals of all new project development parts. • Cross functional team member for design, drawing & product review.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production and suppliers to improve product quality and manufacturing processes.• Perform audits, supplier evaluations and implement quality control plans to enhance efficiency and minimize defects.• Preparing the monthly MIS report of the Quality department to present it to management• Inspection and comparison of parts for reverse engineering i.e, activity of benchmark scanning, Material testing & inspection.• Closure of Quality defects through corrective and preventive actions submitted by the supplier.• Managing and preserving documents such as PPAP, ISIR reports, scrap notes, calibration reports of tools etc.
