Responsible for providing Business support and Analysis to CGM Cash equities traders for Front to Back office applications used for Trading, Settlements & Clearing and Regulatory reporting- Monitoring infrastructure and Applications processes, to avoid any business disruption or outages during business hours- Investigating the incident, performing root cause analysis and communicating details to Business Stake Holders - Regular catch ups with end users and collecting feedback on application and support quality, pain points and channeling it back to Project and Development teams to help with process improvement and automation- Working as Production Gatekeeper and making sure that Change Management process is followed including UAT and Approvals before making any change in PRODUCTION Environment- Obsolescence - Making sure that Application technology and infrastructure is up to date and tracking their end of life dates - Risk Management – Making sure that business resiliency plans are up to date and reviewed and tested regularly for all the applications used by CGM Cash Equities business- Representing Macquarie in coordinating and participating Market rehearsals, Industry wide technical failover tests required by SEC and FINRA Compliance. E.g. SIFMA, REGSCI etc - Vendor management – working closely with Vendors on upgrades, bugfixes rollouts and providing feedbacks on application and support- Team Management – Coordinating regular catch ups with Technology teams and discussing workload, upcoming projects, pain points and team achievements.
