I have Three Year experience in paper industry on the following subjects- 1. Mechanical Maintenance of all 3 paper machines of Yash Papers Limited, PM#1 & 2 (30 TPD Each) and PM#3 80 TPD, Gunny Beater Plant, Mould Machine #1 & 2. Worked on Plant Preventive and predictive Maintenance. CBM (Condition Based Maintenance), TBM (Time Based Maintenance), MTTR minimization, FMEA construction to minimize unplanned break downs. SAP System updation for Asset Material and Spare management, BOM. Ensure inputs for shut down planning activities are timely and proactively provided within areas of responsibility of Employee. Ensure maintenance activities are proactively coordinated including contractor & vendor management within areas of responsibilities of Employee. Participate in implementation of new projects, facility modification and comment on the concept design phase through the detailed design phase including design review to fabrication and installation of the facilities as well as start-up of the new installation/facilities 8. Work flexibly as part of a team and provide support and training to other team members to enhance flexible working 9. Responsible to protect own health and safety by working in compliance with established safe work practices and procedures 10. Assist in the training and development of in-house maintenance resources Project Under Taken: 1. To reduce Plant unplanned Technical break down Time by 10%. To control Fresh water consumption on paper machine-3 from 18KL/MT to 12 KL/MT. Participating in project to control finishing loss minimization to improve plant productivity. Erection of new mould machine for pulp sheet production. Currently working in YASH PAPERS LTD, Faizabad at the post of Mechanical Maintenance Engineer.
