With a total experience of 20 yrs in collection in the BFSI industry. In my professional journey I have had the opportunity to work for esteemed organizations such as ICICI Bank Ltd,TATA Business Support Services Ltd, India Infoline Finance Ltd and Conneqt Business Solutions Ltd( Formerly Tata Business Support Services Ltd),HDB Finance Ltd. In the course of my journey I have had the opportunity and experience of working in different geographies, having been placed in different cities like Delhi, Lucknow, Dehradun and Mumbai, handling roles from Collection Manager to National head.I have handled practically all the products in the banking and NBFC space, from high volume product of TW, to a high ticket product like CV and CEQ. This has given me the opportunity of learning and using different strategies like high intensity field collection and repossession for TW, to solution based approach and use of strategic legal tools for high ticket products like CV and CEQ.
