Little introspection of my 17 years of successful journey in IT industry with several projects, people and geographic locations with so much of diversity in each and every aspect of delivery makes me to confidently say \"Yes, I possess the ability to keep my mind open to learn new things quickly and with right attitude to implement the learning to add best value to my client which gets instrumental in expansion of client.\" Me definitely along with the team have achieved many successful deliveries be that completion of project on time, early ROI realization and expanding the client\'s business by 2 billion in 6 months. All these are new learnings and always help in making other deliveries a success story. In current capacity I am working at an Enterprise level to shift the Banks data from Legacy systems on to the Big Data Hadoop platform which will bring more agility to bank in designing products specific to customer\'s needs, interest and also easy availability of data for the regulatory bodies. Data availability in easily accessible format gives the Bank opportunity to expand the business lot quicker by analyzing the readily available data and we are responsible for the availability and security of the data. It\'s quite interesting and challenging to play different roles as per the work requirement like Product Owner, Enterprise architect, Scrum of Scrum, Business Analyst etc. Knowledge is the core to build the confidence and it reflects in words. I exhibit domain expertise in BFSI area while technical expertise is Mainframe, Big Data Hadoop, Cloud, Java, C++, Unix etc. I am a blend of domain and technology with pre-sales, delivery and operations experience.Over the spread of my career, I have worked with First Abudhabi Bank, Magnati, Citi Bank, Barclays, ABSA, J.P.Morgan, Credit Suisse, Lloyds Banking Group, TD bank and have been to client locations in USA, UK, UAE, South Africa.
