Have been involved in end to end life cycle of various kind of real estate projects. Have strong skills in estimation/budgeting, billing, contractual correspondence, claims settlement and reconciliation of all kind of real estate projects. Have been involved in contracts and billing of high rise residential and commercial projects. Monitoring & controlling of project cash flow.Have hardcore experience in A) Billing of1) Civil work- Constructiion of projects, piling works, waterproofing work, Excavation, MS works etc.2) Interior/ finishing works- Gypsum/ pop works, false ceiling, stone/tile, sealer coating works, wood polishing work, internal Painting work, external texture/ painting work, all kind of aluminum work, sliding windows/ doors, glass mirror, SS work, CI items, carpentry and furniture work, polishing work, composite railings, facade work, FRD/non FRD shutters, metal/ wooden shutter, ACP and glazing works etc.3) Billing of MEP works- Plumbing, fire fighting, HVAC work, electric works.My skills include AutoCAD, ERP systems, and billing processes, which I use to streamline project workflows, ensure quality control, and manage client relationships.
