Presently Supporting as Supplier Quality Specialist for Programs like F-15, F/A-18, CH47, AH64, AH6i, P8, V22, T-7A, 787, 767, 737 for multiple commodity like Structural Assembly, Machine Parts, Sheet metal fabrication, Composite, Wire Harness, Electrical Panel Assembly and Special Tooling for Boeing and Suppliers. Qualified for AS9100 Rev D standard. Currently Boeing Approved Trainer for AS9100 and AS9120 standard. Supporting Aerospace Industry as “Other Party – Assessor” under Boeing Oversight Team. Supporting International Region activities. Supporting BOR activities which includes Client Validations, Witness Assessment, Office Assessments. Performed onsite Boeing Source Inspection (BSI) which includes In-process, Final Inspections, CMS measurements, Welding and Special Process verifications. Reviewed 500+ FAI per AS9102 and Boeing FAI’s (BFAI) in support of The Boeing Supplier Quality organization. Assessed processes and systems to determine supplier capabilities by conducting Quality Management System (AQMS), Quality Process Assessment (QPA), Manufacturing Process Assessment (MPA), Product Assessment (PA) at Suppliers. Approved 50+ Suppliers for DPD, MBD, CMS and Special Tooling processes, performed the Welding Inspection, Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment at Suppliers and their Sub-Tiers. Boeing Approved trainer for AS9100 & AS9102 in International Region. Conducted multiple Training classes for different Boeing Groups (BDS, BCA and BGS). Lead and executed approximately 4 APQP projects at International region Supplier. Performed Requirement consumption review (RCR) at supplier place to mitigate risk while delivering no-conforming parts. Reviewing supplier performance and Developing Quality Improvement Plans for Poor performing supplier by data analysis, supporting Profile review of Top 80 Defect Suppliers in the region. Support and Guided the Two (2) Supplier who are in “RED” and “Top 80 Defect” into “GOLD” supplier.
