   Supervised a large cross-functional team of 20+ devs on a critical product platform that was responsible for the identification, rollout and maintenance of network sites throughout the US. I enabled the adoption of tools, processes and paradigms that transformed the team to a highly productive cadence leading to recognition from our CIO and EVP.\\\\n\\\\nAs part of the T-Mobile-Sprint merger, supervised managers from diverse vendor teams (overall 20+ devs), influenced design, helped architect the solution and manage communication with various cross-company stakeholders to hit multiple milestones which culminated in the highly successful launch of the product.\\\\nA highly successful launch and subsequent no-impact releases resulted in appreciation by senior leadership.\\\\n\\\\nSupervised a large Dev-Ops team of vendor managers (40+ overall) to build, update and sustain critical products.
