Document preparation monitoring and will audit that in every morning (Invoice, E – Way bill, Pallet documents, Trip sheet, Part tag, D-Note and Gate entry) Monitoring both internal and external warehouse stock to liquidate by coordinating with respective customers Providing After sale part’s Production plan and dispatch it on time. Co-ordinate with transport to arrange truck as per my dispatch plan. Tracking the shipment till delivery to customer end. Emergency requirement from customer I will communicate with transporter to arrange a special vehicle for dispatch. Follow up the transporter for POD FIFO Follow up to avoid parts getting scrap.( FIFO Procedure monitoring). Following 5S Always in warehouse area Ensure Warehouse area SAFETY precaution and 5S Successfully implementing new project packing development to full fill customer requirement. Customer Handling: Meeting organize with customer and get the upcoming three month Forecast data earlier to plan and ensure RM availability
