Validate the connectors’ configurations and ensure that they are correctly working (Active Directory, LDAP, Workday, O365, AZURE AD). Own Active Directory management, organization, and data integrity. Work on incorporating industry trends and emerging IAM/PAM technologies. Develop an IAM roadmap for IAM lifecycles, security audit and monitoring. Manage work requests/incidents/problems/change as received from ServiceNow. Provide consultation with functional infrastructure areas to meet common organizational business goals and objectives. Configuration setup of SSO Connected Applications and organization of groups. User Acceptance testing. Performs identity and access provisioning, authentication, and governance adhering to established guidelines. Analyzes and validates access needs. Assists in the configuration and implementation of identity and access systems and applications. Troubleshoots operational problems. Work out diligently with business units, application teams, infrastructure teams, and vendors to identity, review and evaluate IAM solution requirements. Runs PowerShell scripts as required by the job. Microsoft Global Admin, DUO Admin, Powerbroker Audit, Galvanize Audit. Create documentation for support processes, job aids, standard operating procedures, end-user guides, and apply best practices.
