Responsibility: Partnering with the finance team. I could briefly describe my role in the following three categories.Payroll: Entering the Timesheets of the employees those who are working on basis of W2, Corp-to-corp. Verifying the employee timecard whether it is recorded or not in Co-ordinate with Recruitment team for submitting Candidate timesheet. Responsible for processing payroll entries in Quick Books.Accounts Receivable: Responsible for issuing invoices to customers. Updating invoice in customer portal on weekly basis and monthly basis. Responsible for updating customer’s Receipts in Quick books. Responsible for Timesheet entries in Quick Books on daily basis. Monitoring due invoices in the aging and follow up with customers.Accounts Payable: Responsible for Entering Suppliers bills in Quick books. Verifying and Accounting of all Expenses bills in Quick books. Preparation of weekly and monthly payment reports.
