Roles and Responsibilities• Install, maintain and troubleshoot Switches, Firewall, LLB, SLB, IPS, and Internal firewall.• Monitored Bandwidth utilization traffic flow and memory usage of devices on premise using PRTG tool.• Implement and troubleshoot VLAN for different departments (i.e. MZ, DMZ, Trust Internal and WAN zone).• Monitored status of the remote switches present all over state using NAGiOS tool.• Configuring & Managing HP switches and Firewall (Layer-2 and Layer-3).• Hands-on experience working and LVL-II troubleshooting on HP, HP- Procurve, H3C switches.• Configuration & maintenance of Remote Access VPN on External Firewall (Fortigate 240D). • Configuring and maintaining Link Load balancers, as infrastructure was multi ISP (Array LLB APV 2600) • Writing Rules and policies on firewall (GUI and CLI) on day today requirements from Client and maintain the reports accordingly.• Experience in SLB installed in premise (Radware 5208 XL) and LVL-II troubleshooting experience of the same.• Have in depth hands-on experience in troubleshooting lvl1 and lvl2 everyday network issues.• Experience in Firmware upgrade on all network devices.• First person of contact with vendors of respective device’s installed in NOC(RADWARE, HP, Array, Fortigate, Tipping point.) • Master admin for both DC and DR site network devices.• Prepared necessary reports to keep track of all day today network issues.
