Provide expert HR advice, coaching and support to stakeholders and managers on all professional HR issues such as conduct, performance management, attendance management, grievances, and redundancies • Act as a trusted advisor and undertake end to end case management for the different lines of service (7 lines of service in total) within United Kingdom• Actively manage and prioritise case load effectively• Provide support and advice to Chairs who are Partners and Directors as well as undertake investigations, complete reports, and gather evidence to identify whether the case needs to progress to a disciplinary• Ensure new policies and procedures are followed and communicated to the relevant stakeholders • Ensure the relevant teams are informed and work is carried out simultaneously to ensure employee and the business are not put at a disadvantage. For example, working with the absence team, Occupational Health team and insurance providers to ensure employees are getting paid correctly and being supported whilst being absent from the business
