ABOUT DHARAMINDER SINGH

As Lead Engineer at CN Bio, I oversee the consumables portfolio, managing current product lines and driving the development of innovative new solutions. I lead a high-performing team focused on advancing Organ-on-Chip and MPS (Microphysiological Systems) technologies to be used for preclinical drug discovery. My responsibilities also extend to chairing CN Bio\'s MPS Standards, Regulatory, and Affairs Working Group, am an advocate for NAMs/3Rs adoption and leading departmental health and safety initiatives.I am deeply committed to the biotechnology community, working to establish and implement standards for MPS technologies. As a member of BSI Biotechnologies BTI/1 and ISO TC276, I contribute to the ongoing development of best practices and regulatory guidelines within the field. Additionally, I actively participate in several initiatives focused on developing qualification frameworks for Organ-on-Chip/MPS applications, including C-Path\'s complex in vitro methods (CIVMs) and FNIH NAMs validation networks. My role as a committee member of the Animals in Science Committee (ASC) allows me to advise the UK government on the ethical use of animals in scientific research, ensuring best practices are followed across the industry.Feel free to reach out to me at D••••••••@gmail.com for collaboration or discussions related to biotechnology, regulatory affairs, or MPS technology.
