End to end onboarding of partners from lead generation to commercial negotiations, tech integrations & closing. Driving partnerships which includes increase in overall AUM & revenue growth for Gold Loans business. Managing existing partners and driving revenue growth through them by developing different strategy / process to define growth. Nurture partner relations and give insights on overall business performance and efficient industry practices. Manage lending operations, customer journey, tech integration & MIS reporting. Achieving business KPI’s through cross departmental collaborations and relationship management. Co-ordinating across divisions internally as well as externally to ensure strategies for the merchant are deployed appropriately. Provide documentation support, procedure, and financial initiatives for the business.Reviewing and analyzing current partner performance. Organize and track all documentation between the company and partners.Resolving partner disputes / issues on time and efficiently.
