I am a Creative Director specializing in shaping compelling brand narratives, visual identities, and integrated campaigns across the Ayurveda, cosmetology, and wellness sectors. In parallel, I serve as a Growth Professional at Flowmingo AI, where I drive user acquisition, engagement, and performance through data-led strategy, behavioral insights, and scalable growth frameworks.Before transitioning into creative and growth-focused roles, I built a strong operational foundation as a Team Leader in Business Operations at Corizo. There, I led high-performing teams, optimized workflows, and enhanced operational efficiency while contributing to significant revenue outcomes. I onboarded and mentored talent across multiple training and internship programs, cultivating a culture of collaboration and accountability that led to multiple Best Team awards and several individual recognitions, including Top Performer and Queen of Conversion.My leadership journey began through service as an NSS volunteer, where I was honored as Best NSS Volunteer (2023) for impactful community initiatives across Karnataka.
