   Designed and built a next generation cloud based credit line management platform to replace the legacy on promises, tightly coupled soap based platform for Capital one credit card customers to fulfill their credit line needs in real time.Involved from ideation phase to realization, building a new platform on modern microservice based architecture.Worked with more than 20+ LOBs team to drive the roadmap and strategy for the credit line management platform and successfully enabled credit line management features for multiple Capitalone partners and products which includes VentureX, Wallmart, REI, William Senoma etc.As a result more than B$$ net exposure for Capitalone credit line business->Led 6 members team, tasked with replacing vendor based legacy rule engine(Fico Blaze Rules Advisor by Fico) that supports multiple decisioning platforms across Capitalone customers management Involved from ideation phase to realization, building a new generic dynamic rule execution platform based on jboss drools rule sheet, which can execute any rule sheet or drl file with provided input data needed for rule execution.Worked with 30+ teams across Customer management in driving the roadmap and strategy for product and successfully supported more than 300+ different program type’s rules and policies execution.It was built based on open source jboss drools. It saved more than 50K in licensing cost every year->Led two teams with 10 members, tasked with replacing vendor based fee waivers management platform into a modern microservices-based Architecture platform based on open-source technologiesInvolved from ideation phase to realization, built a brand new platform to empower Capital One 15K+ agents to provide the right free waivers offer to customers during pandemic, as a result Capital One was able to retain millions of customers.
