I’m a data professional who bridges the gap between complex data and clear, strategic decisions. I dig into data using machine learning, statistical modeling, and advanced analytics to find the \"story\" and deliver actionable insights that help organizations optimize performance and achieve their goals.What Drives Me?I\'m driven by the intersection of artificial and human intelligence. I don’t believe AI is here to replace human expertise; I believe it’s a powerful partner. My goal is to build systems that enhance our capabilities, not just automate them. Whether I\'m developing an automated SAS workflow to eliminate data duplication or building a predictive model to identify health risks, the objective is the same: to provide the right information, at the right time, so that experts can make the best possible decision. I believe that this synergy where technology handles the \"heavy lifting\" and humans provide the critical context is where real, efficient, and innovative processes are born.Where am I going next? My experience as a Data Analyst and Research Assistant has given me a powerful, ground-up view of the entire data lifecycle. I’ve mastered the art of data integrity, built complex ETL processes, performed critical QA testing in JIRA, and translated raw data into high-impact Tableau dashboards for senior stakeholders. I’ve been the one to clean the data, audit it, and ensure its accuracy.I’m now channeling that deep analytical foundation to pivot fully into a Data Scientist role. My passion has shifted from primarily reporting what happened to predicting what happens next. My work in AI research- applying PCA to optimize high-dimensional feature spaces and leveraging ML models to forecast health outcomes has solidified this path.
