About Danyelle Hankal

United States Marine Corps veteran and retired Army spouse with over 30-years of experience in various industries to include Air Traffic Control, as well as working as the Curriculum Development Team Lead for all Air Force platforms in a foreign government. Other roles that I have or currently fill are Training, Organizational or Leadership Development (T&D, OD, LD) professional as a Human Resources Development (HRD) Specialist, Instructional Systems Developer (ISD), Senior Technical Writer, Training and Development, Quality Assurance Manager and Call Center/Outsourcing Manager, Grant Writer and Organizational Training Sourcer; working directly with the requester, vendor and Supply Chain Management.I am interested in a position with an Organization that supports and understands the true value of quality curriculum and training and the fact that training its employees is paramount in keeping a competitive advantage and \"growing\" their Organizational bench strength from within when possible. I believe in self-management, problem solving, following proven processes and/or improvising when no precedence has been set, to attain the best outcome and using sound ISD methodologies (such as A.D.D.I.E, S.A.M, S.A.T. etc.), adult learning theory (andragogy), Kirkpatrick\'s 4 levels of evaluation and an unbiased Front End Analysis/Performance Consultation. Interpersonal communication is a valuable tool and skill when facilitating. I successfully engage class participants, in both web-based and instructor led course curricula, through activities, group discussion and real-world scenarios, using industry standard methodologies such as Bloom’s Taxonomy and Gagne’s Theory of Instruction.I have successfully managed departmental/organizational annual training budgets as high as $1.5M. Outside of the budget management, I\'ve written Organizational Policies for Educational Reimbursement Programs based on the parameters established by the IRS.
