My role spans customer lifecycle strategy, building cross-sell journeys, and delivering sustained platform growth through close collaboration with product, tech and analytics teams.In previous roles, I’ve conceptualized and launched high-impact loyalty programs, PE Plus at PharmEasy and BMS Superstar at BookMyShow, designed to increase platform stickiness and deepen engagement with top-tier user cohorts. These initiatives were instrumental in strengthening retention and building long-term user value.My e-commerce experience also includes RentSetGo, an online gear rental platform, where I led Business Development, Product Planning, and Marketing - overseeing revenue growth and product portfolio strategy.
