About Dhaneshkannan Dhanasekaran
I am a 4th-year Architecture student at Chettinad School of Architecture, with a strong balance of design thinking and technical construction knowledge.Before pursuing architecture academically, I gained 3.5 years of professional experience as a Rebar Detailer at CADS Software India Pvt Ltd and ProUltima Engineering Solutions, where I worked extensively on RCC reinforcement detailing, structural drawings, and coordination with engineering teams. This experience has given me a solid understanding of how buildings are actually built, which strongly informs my design approach.I am proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop, and comfortable working on architectural drawings, 3D modeling, detailing, and presentation sheets. My academic interests include affordable housing, passive design strategies, and architectural conservation.I am currently seeking an architecture internship where I can contribute to design development, drafting, and site-related work, while continuing to learn within a professional studio environment.
