I visited China for carrying out Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) of Cylindrical Formation Machines.• Creating installation and commissioning (I&C) along with Chinese vendors and their Indian local partners.• Create RFP (Request for proposal) for getting technical proposal from prospective vendors.• Working with Chinese vendors in layout creation, optimization & freezing.• Working on Technical Agreement creation & finalization.• Identifying the FAT material required and working with the purchase team for arranging FAT material.• Working with the EESL facility team to ensure that all facility aspects: Civil, MEP, electrical works are complete before equipment move-in.• Working with the R&D team for implementing the cell production protocols.• Knowledge of Charge and Discharge, High Temperature Aging, OCV, DC-IR-Test, Degassing, Laser welding, Room Temperature Aging, NG cell extraction equipment, Cell sorting equipment and as well as Visual Inspection & Final Inspection.• Working on Control plan with the quality department.
